Von Milano / 33
I started drawing when I was in grade school, but I was just doing it for fun. I got interested in Digimon and Pokémon back then, and that sparked my interest in drawing creatures. I started to take it more seriously back in 2016 and started working professionally in 2019.
I didn't have a proper art education. I only learn and still continue learning online and from professionals that I meet in the art community.
List a few of your inspirations.
My artist inspirations are Greg Rutkowski and Brian Valeza.
Photoshop has been my go to software ever since I started working digitally. If ever I have the opportunity to do traditional art again I would like to do some oil painting. For hardware, I have a Wacom Cintiq 16HD.
My strengths are drawing creatures and anything that is organic. I would like to improve my environment drawing skills.
I think my favorite artwork I've done for Tetraverse is the very first one, Nasunog Yuta.
My favorite artwork I've done so far is the most recent one I did. The fan art I did of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. I would like to do more artworks with multiple characters, like cover and key arts.
Right now, my current goal is to work on official D&D and MTG.
Draw what you like and be patient with yourself. Art is a long-term skill. Progress often happens quietly, then shows up all at once.
